Maggie has been a dance coach and on dance teams for 10 years. Although she primarily works with girls to keep their body and minds in shape for dance, she also coaches girls and athletes to improve their health and mental clarity.

“My goal is to share with you what I’ve learned growing up, give helpful tips and tricks for navigating high school and college, but most of all I want to give you tools to help you be confident, empowered, healthy, and stress free.”

Being a recent college grad, Maggie is on the pulse of how girls are experiencing school and the pressures that come with it.

“I’ve been through it all and would love to share with you what I’ve learned, the mistakes I’ve made, and how I hope to open you up to the possibility that everything you want is achievable.”

Mind

Having a clear mind is key to attaining your goals and navigating through life in the driver’s seat.

Gaining mental clarity is something we are not taught in school, yet it is probably the most important thing we can do for the health of our body and our souls.  Maggie will work with you to teach you how to sit down and take quiet time to check in with yourself amongst your daily “I don’t have any time” grind.  She will delve into questions like: What kinds of thoughts are filling your mind? Do you tip towards the positive or swing towards the negative? What is your gut telling you?

Working with young women Maggie knows that we can be our own worst critic. She is here to correct that! Let’s get confident, empowered and become aware that there is always more than one way to look at a situation.

Body

Your body is the only vehicle that can get you where you want to go, make your dreams happen and live your fullest life.

Taking care of your body is just as important as taking care of your mind. Exercise increases endorphins helping you to feel happier, but more than that it’s a release.  Exercise can help you clear your mind when your thoughts are out of control as well as center yourself when you’re feeling out of balance. Working out does not have to come in the form of a gym or be an experience that you dread. We teach you how to incorporate exercise in your every day life and make it something you want to do. Let’s get moving and let’s start sweating.

Soul

The soul is your internal navigation system, and when your soul is at peace, your mind and body are at peace

You’ve relaxed your mind, worked out your body, and what’s at the core of this practice? It’s your spirit. Your emotional clarity can make or break the health of your body and mind. Your inner guide or your intuition can lead you throughout your life if you’re willing to listen.

It is this guidance that let’s you know when you’re on the right track or when you’re disconnected from your happiness and purpose. This voice helps you sort out some of life’s biggest questions.
