Maggie DiPasquale is a graduate of Boston College and also the Spirit, Mind, Body Institute at Columbia University, where she earned a Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Education. She is the author of From Stressed Out to Zenned Out and her work has been featured on Boston’s 103.3 Amp Radio, as well as in Teen Vogue, Yoga Journal, and Smart Girls Group.
As a wellness coach, consultant, and resource, Maggie has worked with students and organizations across the country and has empowered hundreds of girls to lead happy, healthy lives.
