As part of my Test Stress Management Sessions, I see first hand how confidence is correlated to test scores. One thing we do often is second guess ourselves. This wastes time and stops us from moving onto to other questions that we might know better. Self-trust during tests is key! Today, I’m sharing a test stress #MeToo and how to have more test confidence.
It is a truth universally acknowledged, that there is so much homework before break. Every project is due. There are midterms, finals, and on top of that you have family things on the weekends. Plus you’re eating lots of foods that you don’t normally eat which can make you feel sluggish. Don’t freak out because I got you! These tips are what save me when I feel like I have a lot to do. A couple of weekends ago, I worked on an exciting project with my students (which I cannot wait to share with you soon).
