Hi, I’m Maggie! Thank you so much for checking out my site! With a passion for helping students understand the connection between their minds, bodies, and spirits, I became a wellness advisor to help foster a happier healthier generation. As a resource for young adults, I implement my program in schools and groups across the country. I’m the author of From Stressed Out to Zenned Out and my work has been featured on Boston’s 103.3 Amp RadioTeen Vogue, and Yoga Journal. I graduated from Boston College, have my Master’s in Clinical Psychology and Education from Columbia University, and am a 200 hour yoga teacher studying under Amy Pastore. If I’m not mentoring you can find me dancing!
