How to Keep it Healthy Over the Holidays

I’m so ready for Thanksgiving! Pumpkin pie is one of my most favorite things in the world. I even asked for it once as my birthday cake (my birthday is in June) so I’m pretty pumped for dessert on Thursday. The holidays are so special but the amount of decadent food around can make us beg for a cleanse around New Years.
